CUTEK® Extreme is a deep-penetrating, high-performance wood oil that repels moisture, prevents warping, and extends the life of your wood surfaces. Unlike traditional coatings that form a surface film, CUTEK® Extreme diffuses deep into the wood, protecting it from within to ensure long-lasting durability and structural stability.

This 5-gallon format is ideal for larger projects, including decks, siding, fences, log homes, commercial wood structures, and engineered wood applications.

Typical Coverage Rates (Per Gallon):

• New Hardwoods (Sanded): 400–800 sq. ft.
• Old Restored Wood (Sanded): 250–350 sq. ft.
• New Wood (Rough Sawn): 250–300 sq. ft.
• Old Restored Wood (Rough Sawn): 150–250 sq. ft.
• Shingles & Shakes: 84–212 sq. ft.

Total Estimated Coverage for 5 Gallons:
• New Hardwoods: Up to 4,000 sq. ft.
• Old Restored Wood: 1,250–1,750 sq. ft.
• New Rough Sawn Wood: 1,250–1,500 sq. ft.
• Old Rough Sawn Wood: 750–1,250 sq. ft.

Note: Coverage may vary depending on wood species, application method, surface porosity, and environmental conditions. Any film-forming coatings MUST be removed (by sanding or stripping) before applying CUTEK® Extreme.

Mixing & Storage

• Unopened CUTEK® Extreme lasts indefinitely when stored in a cool, dry place.
• Once mixed with a Colortone, the product has a 2-year shelf life.
• For tinted applications, mix (1-2) 90mL CUTEK® Colortones per 0.95 gallon to achieve your desired color intensity.
• CUTEK® Colortones are available in 18 colors and can be applied at full or double strength for enhanced protection and aesthetics.
