At Accord Stain and Seal, we do not offer return products. Goods sold are not refundable. 

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions, and we always strive to ensure you're happy with our products.

If you received the wrong product or your product was damaged in transit, we will replace it without question. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order in this case. For exchange or enquiries, please call +1 845-204-3832

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion. This is because our team start processing as soon as you have placed your order.
